Celebrating 100 years
The association was founded in 1923 and continues today, as a small non-profit group committed to the sharing of best practices and education of our members who are some of the top Logistics professionals in our industry, both shippers and carriers.
Each year, we host a fall conference in Grand Rapids, Michigan at which time our members gather to share ideas and opportunities for open dialogue as well as hear from excellent speakers on a wide range of logistics topics.
The highlight of our annual conference is the presentation of the OFDA Memorial Scholarships, awarding our contribution to the next wave of Logistics professionals. These special scholarship awards are made possible by the dues of our members.
